You have the training, skills, and expertise required to accomplish a task or conquer a challenge, but a doubt or a worry of failure keeps you from moving toward your desired outcome. Sound familiar? Think about or pretend there is a position of doubt somewhere around your body.
Now, feel of a thought you are certain of, or think firmly, that you would rather not be so sure of. Examples of this might include I dont deserve achievement or Im not good enough. Make it a problematic certainty that you wouldnt mind doubting. It probably shares a lot of of the structural qualities with the strongly believed thought you examined above. Verify and see.
Finally, envision rapidly taking that last particular believed that you would like to doubt, and quickly changing its qualities and location to resemble a doubt. If, for example, certainty is huge and vibrant, and doubt is smaller and dark, take this believed that youd like to doubt and speedily shrink and darken it, and snap it into the doubt position. Do that a couple of times. certainty to doubt. certainty to doubt. Do this as quickly as you can. Remember, your brain works much more quickly than you think. Now, take a deep breath, and re-examine that believed youd like to doubt. You will possibly notice it feels, properly, far more doubtful.
